1. Auction FOB Charge

We have a simple and transparent fee structure. When you make a successful bid, you will be charged the vehicle price and following FOB Charges.

Note :

Above Auction FOB Charges include Auction Fee, De-registration, in-land transportation to port in Japan, customs clearance, shipping documentation, port movements to and from bonded area, boarding of carrier vessel, and our commission.

The Customers who purchase vehicles in bulk on monthly base can negotiate the pricing.

If no purchases were made in one year, “Member status” will be lowered by one rank.

Above Auction FOB Charges are applicable for shipment by “Ro-Ro” vessels. As for shipment by Container, an extra fee will be charged.

If your vehicle is more than 19 Cubic Meter, the relevant Auction FOB charges will be informed individually.

2. Extra Charges

1. Bidding Charge :

JPY 1,000 per car

2. In-land transportation to port in Japan

Depending on the auction place and size of vehicle, you might be required to pay additional fees.

These fees vary according to the auction sites and vehicle's size. You will be informed in advance if any additional fee is required.

3. Additional Storage Fee:

The vehicle is to be stored for up to 30 days free of charge in guarded and fenced storage, but if beyond 30 days, the additional storage fee JPY400 (or more) per day will be charged.

4. Ocean Freight Fees :

The shipping freight will be invoiced separately.

In the case of transport by container you are required to pay an extra fee such as container load & lashing, etc.

5. Marine Insurance Fees:

Marine insurance is based on the value of the vehicle, in which coverage is limited to the risk of total loss, disasters or acts of Gods and damages clearly imputable to negligence of the carrier.

Please notify us if you require marine insurance during the order process.

3. Payment

Deposit

Before you bid, you need to send a deposit to our bank by T.T. remittance, which is refundable or adjustable in your purchase.

Upon a successful bid

An invoice will be forwarded by e-mail/fax on the day of auction, which MUST be paid to our bank account by T.T. remittance within 5 working days of submission of invoice. If, however, we are unable to confirm the payment within 14 days, the deposit will not be refunded, and it may result in re-submission of the vehicles to auction houses.
